The grapes are selected and harvested by hand from the winery's own vineyards which are 60 years old. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats. The wine is oak aged in French and American oak barrels for 12 months. The wine is then left to rest inside the bottle for a minimum of 24 months. The wine will evolve well in the bottle.
Colour: Scarlet with cherry tones.
Aroma: Ripe black fruits, vanilla and spices.
Taste: Menthol notes, intense and long lasting. Elegant and well balanced.
