The grape harvest is carried out by hand in the winery's own vineyard for more than 65 years. The grapes are fermented in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature. The wine is oak aged for 12 months in French, American and Romanian oak barrels. Bottle aged for 24 months. The wine will evolve well in the bottle.
Colour: Scarlet with cherry tones.
Aroma: Ripe black fruits, vanilla and spices.
