From the "Las Cruces" vineyard, over 90 years old, located in Briñas. The grapes are selected and harvested by hand. Maceration is carried out for 24 hours in a steel tank. The fermentation takes place in new French, American and Romanian oak barrels, stirring its lees. The wine is oak aged for 6 months inside the same oak barrels.
Colour: Slight yellow hue. Clean and bright.
Aroma: Intense and complex aromas resulting from the ageing. Nuances of flowers and vanilla.
